Farewell to Bishop Robert Atwell

A full cathedral said farewell to Bishop Robert Atwell on Sunday afternoon, 17th September. This was the service for the Diocese and County. At the end of it, the bishop formally laid down his mitre and crozier on the High Altar to mark the end of his office. Morning Eucharist had earlier seen the farewell from the Cathedral community.
